GREEN CAMPING PORDUCTS CO.,LTD is established in 2010 in Changzhou city, Jiangsu province, China. Which is specialized in tent, sleeping bag, picnic blanket, camping blanket, self-inflatable mat, camping furniture and some camping accessories. There are around 130 workers in our factory.
We dedicated ourselves to provide qualify & safety products. Both organization chart and workflow are powered by this goal. All the products are inspected one by one before shipment. Most of the our products have passed the relative test requested by European market and North America market, including AZO, CADMIUM, PAHs, LEAD CONTENT, REACH, PHTHALATES, FORMALDEHYDE, EN13537, EN71, CPAI-84, CPAI-75, ISO5912.

Generally, there are 3 different types, 3 layers, 2 layers and 1 layer.
3 Layers
Top layer contact with person, so it’s normally soft touch for comfortable or water repellent for easy clean.
Middle layer it’s a paddle, the main function is to make the picnic blanket as soft as possible.
Bottom layer it’s contact with ground, the main function is waterproof, but it also need to be strong enough to avoid cut by sharp object.

Remark:Bottom fabric PEVA, PE + Aluminum foil & PE are waterproof, cheap but not so strong, these materials are very popular and enjoy very big market.The bottom material of construction C, H & I, sometimes, it will use oxford to have good performance(strong and durable).Construction” Ⅰ ” is very popular for North America market.Construction “J” is a new technology for picnic blanket, which is completely waterproof, strong and durable.QUILT Sew 3 layers together at one time. As there are sewing holes, so it’s not completely waterproof. But for most situations, it is workable. Please refer to below video.
HOT MELT It melt the middle layer and bottom layer first, then melt the top layer. So the temperature is very important, many of picnic blanket with quality problem caused by wrong temperature. Please refer to video
ULTRASONIC MELT melt 3 layers together at one time, as it’s melt by ultrasonic, so there’s no sewing holes and completely waterproof.
2 Layers
In order to have portable packing, the middle layer will be removed, only top layer and bottom layer will be applied. In this case, it usually choose soft material as top layer.
1 Layer
Some so call pocket picnic blanket only have one layer made by waterproof fabric.
1. Does your picnic blanket is machine washable?
We have machine washable picnic blanket, but not all picnic blanket is machine washable. Please contact us for details.
2. How to guarantee your product quality?What measurement are you taken?
We have a strict rule for inspection. All the materials will be inspected and all finished products will be inspected one by one before shipment. You can know if your supplier make inspection for your products by checking if there’s any default piece. It’s not possible that 100% of their products meet the standard.
3. Does your products chemical free and environment friendly?
Most of our products are environment friendly. But as different market has different requirement, please check with us for details. You can also let us know your target market, then we can provide the information accordingly.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depend on different items and product details. Normally from 500pcs to 2000pcs, some items more, some less. Please contact us for each different item.
5. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 45-60 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead time effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with our staff. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
