QUESTION 1: Why your price is more expensive than others’?

ANSWER: We never use recycle material, and add enough additives to make the grass anti-ultraviolet, fire retardant, which enable our grass have a long life time.

QUESTION 2:How to compare the prices from suppliers?

ANSWER: The price is mainly related to the amount of filaments (Artificial grass yarn), which is related to the pile height, Dtex, and density of the grass, the higher of these specifications, the higher usage of the yarns, the higher of the price. Another factor is backing, we use double backing: PP+mesh cloth, only if have agreement with buyer to meet his extremely low price.

QUESTION 3: What is density, and how to check it?

Note: Stitch(C) can be changed, so the density will change

Stitch means the stitches in 1M, you can check the stitches in 10CM simply, then multiple 10

QUESTION 4: How many years warranty I can get?

ANSWER: It various from 5 to 10 years for different quality level, we will take care of any problems during the warranty. We are a real factory, so that is more reliable to you to make business with us.

QUESTION 5: Why there are so many different pile height and density, how should i make choice?

ANSWER: Pile is the term for the upright blades on synthetic turf. These can be cut at different heights (e.g. 40-50-60 mm) according to different usages. Usually for football/soccer/futsal grass, we recommend 45mm-60mm height: for landscaping grass and garden grass,5mm-40mm; for wedding or some one-off usage. 1 0mm. If you are not sure which type of grass to choose, feel free to ask me, I will give you professional answer.
